Your Septic System is a valuable investment to your home and property. It is to be maintained and taken care of just as you would with anything else of value. If not, it may end up costing you 1000’s of dollars in the end. There is more to septic pumping and maintenance than “just sticking in the hose until it starts to make the sucking noise, pulling it out and driving away.” Unlike some providers, we value quality and proper maintenance of your system. We do what we are supposed to do and go the extra mile for you. i.e.- Back-flushing your tank when we pump it to remove all the sludge (most do not take the time). Pumping through the actual tank cover opening and not a pipe. Pumping the lift chamber and removing sludge over-flow. Cutting out roots (if there) in and/or around your inlet to avoid a back-up into your house with emergency fees. If doing just an inspection, we use a sludge judge to determine if it needs pumping and we note the amount. Digging open your tank cover, or removing your cover if exposed, to really check the baffles. (Some do not do this, and we label them as “drive-by” inspections, never actually going to your property at all, but billing you as though they did- Beware!) We also advise you on proper septic care and maintenance. We do not install new systems, which is an advantage, because we are not tempted to have another motive in mind. All these extras add up and, in the end, pay off for you, in headache and pocketbook.

When doing mandatory POWTS, we are aware of filing dates, do not lose track of your service order once you have placed it with us, and we do not over-book. We file your form promptly with the County after your service is done and full payment received.
